Great to anticipate another Gospel cut by Richard. Of course, the last one was "Take My Hand, Precious Lord" (actually the previous *two* were Gospel, if we look at the recut for the Little Richard movie).

A tour through youtube keywording Dotti Rambo and the songtitle reveals something to look forward to. I imagine the recording will have similarities to Richard's "Rock Island Line" and/or "Get Rhythm".

The release estimate now is "this year". The music is rather typical rhythmic gospel and Richard sings exceptionally naturally.

Now the possible release date is in late summer, but even that may be too soon. However, the TV interview can still happen.

Great news.

2012 has been a fun year for Richard collectors, with the Barry Richards' set, the unexpected "But I Try", and hopefully, "He Ain't Never Done Me Nothin' But Good".

I guess the Modern stuff is well beyond reach for a long time; still hoping that we see some Mainstream and Mercury releases, soon. Any news? Smile
