Wow ! Obviously the same time as the more famous picture but don't recognise the other guys at all. Lets do some research.

Found this picture somewhere on facebook. It said the guys in the front are members of The Chants. They were a doowop group from Liverpool.

I found the names of all three on some page. Now I can only find the second left, Joe Ankrah.
